Cacellation and Refunds

Order Cancellations

  • Before Processing: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email/Phone Number].

    • If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

  • After Processing: Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy for further assistance.

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please ensure that all details are correct at the time of placing your order.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued for:

    • Orders canceled within the allowed time frame (see "Order Cancellations").

    • Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please provide evidence such as photos to support your claim.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Gift cards, custom-made items, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refund Process:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Returns

  • Return Period: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
